Is it possible for prosecutors and defense lawyers, plaintiffs' lawyers and civil defense lawyers, to all hate the same judge? Yes, if that judge's name is Manuel Real, the unethical judge in In re Judicial Misconduct. Get a load of these comments. By the way, if the Ninth Circuit wouldn't sanction Judge Real, who has a record of judicial misconduct, whom do they deem worthy of disapprobation?
