One of my favorite websites is Overcriminalized.com. Sponsored by the Heritage Foundation, it studies the explosive growth of the federal criminal code, as demonstrated in this chart:
It's a good idea to visit the site frequently, as they often provide a detailed analysis of recent unjust prosecutions.
