Confessions of a Serial Instigator
Case Study: Where's the Conflict?

Juries, Jackson, and Nullification

On her CNN program, Nancy Grace said:

"I was very stunned to hear a juror refuse to state what he thought Jackson does in bed with all of his line of little boys, say he didn't want to stick his neck out by telling what he believed," she said. "I mean, isn't that the point of the justice system, to do what you believe in, what you think is right, [even if you think the evidence supports a different conclusion] for Pete's sake?"

Who knew that Ms. Grace supports jury nullification?  That's awesome news.  I look forward to hearing her castigate jurors who vote guilty - perhaps in medical marijuana prosecutions - instead of doing what they "belive in," and what they "think is right," which would have been to acquit.  Cheers to Ms. Grace!
